Consistency is the key to an effective weight loss program. Every day, even if it’s only 15 minutes a day, do some form of exercise: Walking, yoga, aerobics, take a jazzercise class, something that gets you moving. If you cannot exercise every day, exercise a minimum of three times a week for 30 minutes. Talk a brisk walk after dinner, or ride a bike. For others it could be joining a class to learn yoga or Pilates.

Don’t be afraid to try something new that sounds interesting, particularly once you have been at a program for a while and feel the need for a change of pace. With a little planning and forethought, you may be surprised at how much you learn to enjoy your weight loss exercise program.
